ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
1/2 cup lavender white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
In a bowl, whisk together lavender balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight for a deeper flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
Grill the pork chops for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
While grilling, pour remaining marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Once pork chops are done, brush with the reduced marinade as a glaze.
Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
