Beginning in 2017, we set out to repurpose the land and water resources at our location, Eden West Ranch, in Cotopaxi, Colorado. After spending most of our lives working in industry in Fort Worth, Texas, we went to work laying out fields, determining irrigation capabilities, and trialing different lavender cultivars. Wanting to use water conservatively, we chose lavender for its drought tolerance and because deer typically leave it alone.

Learning how to grow lavender at 7,000 feet elevation required adapting the traditional “rules of thumb” to our unique environment. We learned to work with a short growing season, intense UV exposure, powerful winds, and cold, dry winters. The result is exceptionally potent lavender oil and culinary buds.

After years of developing and crafting personal care and culinary products with minimal ingredients and distinctive lavender varieties, our mission remains simple: to capture the pure essence and potency of high-elevation lavender in every product, supporting your enjoyment and well-being.
