Herbs de Provence Savory Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence Salt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

  2. Add the Herbs de Provence Salt, lemon juice, and minced garlic; mix well.

  3. Fold in the chopped chives and parsley.

  4. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste and stir gently.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Herbs de Provence Roasted Chicken and Veggies

Tender roasted chicken seasoned with fragrant Herbs de Provence Salt, paired with colorful roasted vegetables—a simple, flavorful meal perfect for beginners.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Herbs de Provence Salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

  • 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

  • 1 small red onion, cut into wedges

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss baby potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, onion, and garlic with 1 tablespoon olive oil and half the Herbs de Provence Salt.

  3. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.

  4. Pat the chicken thighs dry. Rub them with remaining olive oil, Herbs de Provence Salt, and black pepper.

  6. Roast for 35-40 minutes, until chicken skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F, and vegetables are tender.

  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
