Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
•1/3 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
1 teaspoon ground lavender buds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps
In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, lavender, cinnamon, and salt.
Add cold cubed butter to the dry ingredients.
Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
